How can I appeal a game ban?

If your wishing to appeal a game ban, your in the right place! Game bans can be appealed by submitting a ticket; you are able to do this by clicking the button in the top right of your screen. We ask you do not start a live chat with a member of Leadership as they cannot assist over live chat. Furthermore, please keep in mind that when submitting your appeal over a ticket, you need to include the follow things:

• The username of the banned account
• Your Discord username (optional - for information about the appeal)
• The reason why you were banned (if possible)
• The date/time you were banned (if possible)
• Why you deserve to be unbanned

We also ask you do not submit an appeal request until 72 hours after you have been banned; unless you STRONGLY believe it was a mistake.
